Agreement
By requesting a quote or engaging GAMA X CHEAT for services, you agree to these terms. Each project is confirmed with a written scope and fixed price before work begins.
Pricing & payment
Pricing is agreed in writing before work starts. A deposit may be required for larger projects. Final payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Scope of work
The scope, deliverables and timeline are defined in writing for each project. Any additional features or changes outside the original scope are quoted and billed separately.
Revisions & support
Every project includes one week of free support after delivery, covering fixes and reasonable adjustments. Changes after that period are charged based on size and difficulty.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables of your project. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
Limitation of liability
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project.
